Stephanie Sabatini joined Brand Urban in 2025 as Vice President of its Growth Advisory division, where she leads the development and execution of the firm’s strategic advisory business for growth-stage brands and investors. At Brand Urban, Stephanie is uniquely positioned to combine the market intelligence and executional expertise of a brokerage firm with her background in growth strategy, investing, and finance, ultimately helping clients make confident growth and investment decisions.

While earning her MBA at Harvard Business School, Stephanie recognized her passion for the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and consumer brands. During that time, she worked with several retail concepts, including Magnolia Bakery, where she helped construct the brand’s domestic and international franchise expansion plan. Before business school, she worked on the Acquisitions and Asset Management team at Rockpoint, a real estate private equity firm, where she evaluated and underwrote operating and property-level investments across various asset classes and markets. Stephanie began her career in the Leveraged Finance group at Citigroup. 

Stephanie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Real Estate and Business from Cornell University.
