Rikard Cederberg is an Associate at Brand Urban, where he specializes in retail leasing and investment advisory across New York City and national markets. He advises both landlords and retailers on strategic site selection, market positioning, and lease negotiations, with a particular focus on high-street retail in New York City.

Prior to joining Brand Urban, Rikard worked at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions, where he supported national retail accounts in securing high-performing locations across the United States. His primary expertise lies in New York City, where he has completed leasing assignments representing both landlords and tenants.

Rikard earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Technology from Seton Hall University, where he was a member of the men's soccer team and was honored as the 2024 Junior Scholar Student-Athlete of the Year.

Rikard is fluent in both English and Swedish.
