Patrick joined Brand Urban in 2024 as an Associate on the brokerage team. He represents both tenants and landlords, working closely with notable clients such as Maman, Van Leeuwen, Quality Branded, Rialto, Urban Edge, and Brand Street Properties.

Before joining Brand Urban, Patrick built a strong foundation in client service and networking as an executive recruiter. Originally from Miami, Florida, he later moved to Westchester, New York, before attending college in Dallas. Now based in Manhattan, Patrick’s knowledgebase across multiple markets has given him a nuanced understanding of both local and national market trends.

Patrick leverages his diverse background to offer valuable insights and expert guidance in real estate strategy and transactions. His unique combination of experiences enables him to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of his clients.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York.
