Max Swerdloff joined Brand Urban in 2026, bringing deep experience in retail leasing, asset management, underwriting, and investment advisory. He represents both landlords and tenants across the country, helping clients identify and execute strategic real estate opportunities. Throughout his career, he has completed transactions in major markets including New York City, Boston, South Florida, and Los Angeles. His landlord advisory clients include Asana Real Estate Partners on its Northeast portfolio, Kushner Companies, SW Management, Nuveen, and SilverLining Development. 

Prior to joining Brand Urban, Max was a Senior Analyst at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions. He previously served as Director of Retail at Kushner Companies, where he oversaw the leasing and management of a 2.2 million-square-foot retail portfolio and completed transactions with nationally recognized retailers including Target and Whole Foods Market. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Director at Eastern Consolidated. 

Max is a licensed real estate broker in New York and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University. In 2019, he was recognized by Commercial Observer as one of its Top Young Professionals.
