Kosovare Mulaj is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience in real estate. She joins Brand Urban to lead all marketing, public relations, and brand strategy. She is integral in shaping the firm’s brand positioning and supporting client initiatives across brokerage and advisory teams.

Prior to joining Brand Urban, Kosovare served as Marketing Manager at BOND New York, where she oversaw marketing strategy for new development projects and exclusive residential listings throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Her experience spans digital marketing, social media strategy, content development, campaign execution, and brand storytelling, with a focus on elevating property visibility and strengthening client-facing communications in highly competitive urban markets.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Sociology.
