Kiley Barbagallo joined Brand Urban in 2026 as an Analyst on the brokerage team. She is a commercial real estate professional with a passion for retail, hospitality, and consumer-focused brands. In May 2026, Kiley graduated the University of Connecticut with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics and a minor in Professional Sales Leadership.  

While at UConn, Kiley served as a Co-President of the UConn Real Estate Society and Chief of Staff of the Hillside Real Estate Investment Fund. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2026, she received the ICSC John Hart Real Estate Undergraduate Scholarship and was recognized as Undergraduate Student of the Year within her real estate program. 

Kiley previously gained experience through internships in industrial and office brokerage, as well as real estate finance, but was ultimately drawn to the retail space through her interest in consumer behavior and tenant strategy. She is excited to contribute to the firm’s tenant and landlord representation platform across retail and hospitality-focused projects. 

She is originally from Trumbull, Connecticut and holds her Real Estate Salesperson license in Connecticut and New York.
