Daniel Bodner joined Brand Urban in 2026 as an Executive Vice President, bringing more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience advising retailers and landlords on the leasing, repositioning, and strategic growth of retail and commercial assets nationwide. Throughout his career, Dan has developed deep expertise in the food & beverage and wellness industries, acting as a dedicated, fractional real estate team for his clients. He has led the national real estate strategy for a diverse range of clients, including Barcelona Wine Bar, Bluestone Lane, Insomnia Cookies and Sploot Veterinary Care. 

Prior to joining Brand Urban, Daniel was a Senior Vice President at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions. He previously served as a Partner at Retailworx, where he focused on investing in, incubating, and developing retail brands in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors. 

Earlier in his career, Daniel was Director of Leasing at Kushner Companies, where he led the leasing and repositioning of DUMBO Heights, a five-building, 1.2-million-square-foot office campus in Brooklyn. He played a key role in securing major tenants, including Etsy's 225,000-square-foot headquarters and WeWork's first Brooklyn location. Before that, he spent seven years at CBRE, where he worked on a variety of leasing and repositioning assignments, including major transactions at the Empire State Building. 

Daniel earned his MBA from Baruch College and his Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University.
